Using glyburide during gestational diabetes?

I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and i was wondering what were everyones thoughts on the whole thing, and how some of you handeled it, i was only diagnosed at 33 weeks and so much has changed, eating habits, glucose monitors and finger sticks, as well as weekly monitoring.
